How messages are created

The published examples are written as an original set for Wedding Congratulations. They are not copied from card companies, scraped from other message sites, or pulled from public submissions.

Each message has a stable record with its intended tone, relationship, length, format, personalization prompt, author, reviewer, and review date. That structure keeps the guide and the writer working from the same material.

What the review checks

• Does the wording sound natural when read out loud?
• Does it fit the relationship and level of closeness?
• Does it avoid assumptions about gender, faith, family, and future plans?
• Is any humor kind, clear, and safe for the intended situation?
• Does the message give the reader room to add something true?

Editorial responsibility sits with Ella Bane, wedding planner. The current message collection was last reviewed on September 2, 2026.

How tool results are made

The wedding message writer is deterministic. It selects and combines reviewed wording based on the choices you make. It does not use a remote AI service, invent private memories, or present a draft as if a person wrote it specifically for your couple.

The tool provides a draft. You decide what stays, what changes, and whether the message sounds like you. Read more in the privacy policy.

Commercial relationships

The current site does not publish sponsored messages, paid placements, or affiliate links. If that changes, commercial content will be labeled clearly and this policy will be updated.

A commercial relationship will not decide whether a message or piece of advice is included in the editorial library.

Corrections and meaningful changes

We update wording when it is unclear, insensitive, factually wrong, or no longer matches how the site works. Review dates are updated when the content receives a meaningful editorial check, not for tiny formatting changes.
