01 Report
What to include
Email info@weddingcongratulations.org with a short description of the issue. A useful correction note includes:
- The page address where you found the wording.
- The sentence, message, or section that needs attention.
- Why it seems inaccurate, unclear, insensitive, or outdated.
- A supporting link when the correction depends on a factual source.
Please do not send private details about a couple unless they are necessary to understand the problem.
02 Review
What happens next
- Ella Bane reviews the report and checks the relevant page or message.
- The wording is updated when a correction is needed.
- A meaningful editorial review updates the visible review date.
We may ask for clarification if the concern depends on a particular tradition, language, or context that is not clear from the first email.
03 Standards
What counts as a correction
Corrections cover factual errors, broken links, misleading tool descriptions, privacy mismatches, inaccessible instructions, insensitive assumptions, and wording that does not fit its stated tone or situation.
A difference in personal taste is not always an error, but it can still reveal a useful gap. Those notes may shape a future example or clarification.
